The shiny midi skirt

I found an old skirt in one of my storage places (a suitcase of old fabrics, UFO's (Unfinished objects) and things that I don't like but don't wat to throw out), and I decided to make it a bit shorter. I originally bought this at the thrift store in Georgia, and at that time it was a dress with a velvet top. I cut the top off and made it into a skirt to wear at recitals When I found this shiny skirt last night on pinterest, I thought to myself: I have one like this! All I had to do was find it, iron the shit out of it (still needs some lovin), and cut it off+hem it. So now I have this awesome skirt to twirl around in! Happy Saturday!
