Tonight I decided it was time to start working on that pile of clothes I have in my closet that needs altering.
This is what this dress looked like before, in 2009 when I bought it for new year's eve. I've used this dress SO much since then, and it's made out of organic cotton (which I love).
Now, since I've used it so much, it got a bit worn out. It had grey stains under the arms, and button holes that didn't really wanna keep closed (which resulted in flashing of bras etc...not so much fun). So I simply cut it right above the waist, folded it down and "stitched in the ditch". Added a snap (no more flashing!) and voila!
Ready for spring!
