Yesterday Cecilia came to visit me in my little cottage. We had tea and cookies AND chocolate (because were grown ups, so we can do whatever we want). Then we walked down to the dock even though it was dark and freezing outside, and lastly we made cheese fondue!

We had Italian bread and Granny Smith apples to dip in our gruyere/emmentaler-fondue. I highly recommend making cheese fondue, it's very easy and it tastes so good!
I found this fondue pot among my kitchen things that dad brought last Sunday. At first I told him to bring it back, but now I'm happy I decided to keep it. From now on, cheese fondue will be my go-to recipe for when I have people over!
